I was so excited to share this beautiful bride. Alexa was married first in Italy to her groom Ryan. After their wedding in Italy, they came back to the states and held a reception in both Detroit, where Ryan is from, and San Diego, where Alexa is from.
I was able to sneak a peak at her pictures from her first wedding and OOOOOHHHHHH it was breathtaking and she was beautiful like an Italian Vogue model. But this was a different location and a different look was requested. Her first look was loose but a large like bun, to the side, that was so perfectly sculpted in the back (like a painting)…it all matched her surroundings. She had given me several options for her look but it was to be more loose and to the side. I loved her results, she is beautiful and this complimented her and the dress. Again she can be on the cover of a magazine.
This is a perfect look if you want to wear your hair down but contained. It can still easily be adorned with a veil, birdcage, flowers, pins or just by itself like Alexa has chosen. This is also great hair for formal event or New Years party!

I had a strapless, mermaid style dress that was simple, yet textured. I wanted the dress to be the focus so my hair was pulled all the way back in a modern french twist. I also didn’t have the length this bride has, but extensions (by you of course) would have been amazing!!! As I am trying to grow out my hair now I find this very inspiring. Thank you!
Perfect look Courtney for this choice of dress. I also saw another bride with the mermaid style dress with a french twist and beautiful birdcage veil, so striking!
