Does it provide better coverage than mineral powder? I love the smoother appearance that liquid foundation gives in comparison to mineral powder, but I never feel like taking the time to apply liquid foundation nor do I feel like I ever achieve even coverage when I use it. I have heard that cream-to-powder foundation can be a little difficult to apply though, so I am wondering if there are any tips on application of it? Thank you! My issue is that I have dark spots under my eyes. The skin under my eyes is thin and sensitive so makeup seems to "rest" on top of my skin. What would you recommend I use to lighten/cover those dark areas? Also, later in the day, I often have black mascara smudges under my eyebrows from my eyelashes. I do not apply the mascara on the tops of my lashes. Are there any solutions for this? Thank you!
